All of our courses are accredited by BICSI and
sanctioned by the
Fiber Optic Association.
Here are the easy steps to help you with your fiber optics technician training requirements.

1.) Determine how many students you would like to have in each course.
2.) Take a look at your schedule and see when you would like to have us on site.
3.) Make sure a room is available with the following items: tables and chairs, black or white board
projector screen or wall, A/C.  Room must be able to be locked at night and we must have the room
available for the course duration (3 to 7 days).
4.) Give us a call or send us an email.  We will work with you to finalize a schedule that is mutually
beneficial!  We accept Credit Card, Net at time end of course session (with deposit), Company
Purchase Order (with approved credit).

Note:  We will usually work through one of our local campus partners in your state as an extension of their
campus.  However, if we do not have a campus partner in your state, we will be happy to handle the
transaction directly with you.  In either case, our programs and prices are identical to those experienced at
any of our 36 Campus Partner locations.

approach to sharing our knowledge and experience with our
students.

  •        We bring all equipment to each class - no freight charges
  •        BDI DataLynk is not a large company - no need for the
           student to pay for unnecessary staff
  •        Much of our training equipment and tools have been
           donated by our sponsors.

BASIC EQUIPMENT

We believe a student should learn fiber optics with basic hand
tools and test equipment and that is exactly what we use in all
of our classes.
  •        The Termination Kit we use in class built the largest Fiber
           to the Desk Installation in the United States.
  •        All OTDR's, Power Source and Light Meters, as well as        
           basic hand tools are low cost and easy to use.
  •        Training Fixtures represent real-world environments
           for the student to practice installing and testing of actual
            fiber optics networks.
INSTRUCTORS

Our instructors are individuals with years of experience.
  •        All are Certified as Fiber Optics Instructors by the FOA.
  •        Our instructors manage their own class teaching procedures.
  •        We print and distribute all certificates to the students.
  •        Applications are processed on the spot.
