About Dade Institute of Technology and Health
Dade Institute of Technology is a private vocational and technical school in North Miami Beach, Florida, offering career training in information technology and healthcare. Founded in 2006, the school is licensed by the Florida Department of Education through the Commission for Independent Education and is an approved provider for CareerSource South Florida and Vocational Rehabilitation.
BDI delivers FOA fiber optic certification classes at Dade Institute of Technology as part of the school’s IT training programs. Fiber optic training sits alongside the school’s other IT offerings, giving South Florida students a direct path into fiber installation and testing work.

Getting Here
The campus sits on the NE 163rd Street corridor, a main east-west route through North Miami Beach. I-95 and the Golden Glades interchange, where I-95 meets the Florida Turnpike and the Palmetto Expressway, are a short drive west. Out-of-town students have nearby lodging along the I-95 corridor, including the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami North I-95 and other hotels near the Golden Glades interchange.
