About Southern Regional Technical College- Bainbridge
Southern Regional Technical College is a technical college in southwest Georgia and a unit of the Technical College System of Georgia. Accredited by SACSCOC, SRTC offers over 150 degree, diploma, and certificate programs across four campuses in Bainbridge, Moultrie, Thomasville, and Tifton, serving an eleven-county region.
BDI DataLynk delivers FOA fiber optic certification classes at Southern Regional Technical College’s Bainbridge campus. BDI provides the instructor, curriculum, and all training equipment, and the campus provides the facilities through its Economic Development division, which leads workforce training for the region.

Getting Here
The SRTC-Bainbridge campus sits in Bainbridge, the county seat of Decatur County, with easy access from U.S. Routes 27 and 84. The campus is about 42 miles northwest of Tallahassee, Florida and Tallahassee International Airport, the nearest commercial airport, roughly 60 miles south of Albany, Georgia and about 55 miles east of Dothan, Alabama. Out-of-town students will find chain lodging along the U.S. 27 and U.S. 84 corridor, including the Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and Travelodge by Wyndham.
