About Westchester Community College
Westchester Community College is a public, two-year college in Valhalla, New York, and part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system. The largest community college in the Hudson Valley, it serves roughly 9,000 students on a 218-acre campus about 30 miles north of New York City and is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
BDI DataLynk delivers FOA fiber optic certification training at Westchester Community College through the college’s Professional Development Center (PDC), its workforce development and continuing education arm. The PDC offers non-credit professional and technical training across multiple Westchester locations, and fiber optic certification has been part of its catalog for years. Classes available here include CFOT, CFOS/T, CFOS/S, and the FiberOptiX Bootcamp, which earns three certifications in one week. BDI provides the instructor, curriculum, and hands-on training equipment.
