NEOSHO COUNTY
COMMUNITY
COLLEGE
Neosho County Community College began serving students in
1936 and has grown from an original student class of 192
students to an institution serving nearly 2,000 students per
semester.

Whether you desire a one-year, two-year or university transfer
program, we can help you reach your goals.

A publicly supported institution, NCCC is accredited by the North
Central Association of Colleges and Schools, the Kansas Board
of Regents, and the National League of Nursing.
In addition to the Lola Campus, the Burlingame campus, built in 1991 as a joint venture with
USD 454, currently serves over 700 students per semester. Located only 25 miles south of
Topeka, it serves students from Shawnee and Osage counties as well as the surrounding
areas.

A full range of transfer-oriented classes is offered, including general education, business, and
computer classes. Students may enroll in Associate degree programs or take specific courses
for transfer. In addition, many students complete nursing or other program prerequisites at the
Burlingame campus.
Lola Campus
Shown
Most classes offered at the Burlingame campus meet only once a week. A full range of classes is offered during
the day and evening to accommodate students' schedules. In addition, workshops and telecourses are offered
on weekends to further meet students' needs.

Classes offered at Burlingame and all outreach sites follow ACCC's agreements with Regents schools and area
universities to ensure transferability. Academic advisors are available to help plan students' schedules.

Financial aid and scholarships are available for qualified students
