William Leary is a seasoned fiber optics professional with over three decades of experience in the electrical and telecommunications industries. He began his career with IBEW Local 164, where he completed a rigorous apprenticeship program and earned his certification as a C-Level Technician. From August 1994 to May 2014, William worked on a wide range of electrical and low-voltage projects, building a strong foundation in infrastructure and installation.
In addition to his technical expertise, William has a passion for training the next generation of technicians. He spent three years as a fiber optics instructor, where he combined hands-on experience with practical instruction to support student success.
Since January 2015, William has served as a Senior Technician and Project Manager at Fiber Force LLC. In this role, he oversees complex fiber optic installations, manages project timelines and teams, and ensures the delivery of high-quality service to clients across the region. William brings a depth of industry knowledge, leadership, and commitment to excellence in every project he leads.
