While newer to the fiber field, Zach brings hands-on experience in premise cabling and a sharp attention to detail that supports student success in both the classroom and lab. His commitment to clear instruction and doing things the right way makes him a valuable part of the BDI training team.

Registration & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable, regardless of reason.

BDI DataLynk reserves the right to cancel any course up to 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. In the event of a BDI-initiated cancellation, registered students will receive a full refund. BDI DataLynk is not responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred by the student.
